Tuscany is full of beautiful places, you are spoiled for choice if you want to visit a city or a Tuscan country anywhere will seem appropriate. But in San Gimignano is an old convent, now a hotel, "The Collegiate" where I myself worked up until a few days ago, is truly a beautiful place, very friendly and where you have the privilege to work with extreme attention to detail enhancing the quality . The staff is incredible and humanity. We eat from God, even if perhaps a little part! Our paths separated for my needs, but I assure you that I left my heart! However, if you want to spend a different evening, elegant luxury and taste at least for one night you go to San Gimignano! Go To Collegiate!
