Is Candid-hd Legal In The Uk

Vigevano-Pavia, Pavia by

Oh yes, I can not continue to think trip in the countryside and what was funny: just put together a little money for the train to go to Pavia to complete the ride in the Ticino.

The bike is a must (or almost) as much as patches, helmet, water bottle, sunglasses, padded shorts but broad (the mountain bike course) and so, so, so very Autan or Autan and a backpack [ .. for the record I have machine washed at 40 ° Quechua Arpenaz 10, the backpack's economic decathlon, although it said to wash it by hand is perfect ] .

Blood Tinged Mucus Before Your Period

exodus Agosto!

All done!
.. and solved the problems with the keyboard rebel do a little guide of the short test ride nice and simple and without many participants .. in fact we were two, but more than a small and painless test ride was a real test worthy of the most challenging courses cicloturisici-ciclocrossistici!

The late departure at 8 preoccupation gave me and I was afraid to meet the usual crowd of cycling, fortunately Ben insisted and we had a few more hours of sleep, miraculously the path was empty-! yes, blank: no pedestrians, no runners, no cyclist as well as Ben and me. Blank so that at some point we have to be made to arrive at onto Abbiategrasso . Eager to ride we wanted to do another road and in the best tradition of the scouts went to "see what's out there" following a channel at random and ignoring the dark clouds on the horizon.

Between fields and canals, farmers and orchard we went as far as possible avoiding the broken asphalt and potholes. A sudden rain forced us to stay under a roof of a farmhouse, the ugly side of the farmhouse as the scent of manure wafting in the air was beautiful fermented ..

Pedaliamo e appena arrivati a Pavia badabùm!

-All done! -What do we do? "Where are we? -Where do we go?
stock of the position we set off for the Ticino: did we get here, let's see it, no?
Passersby are friendly and nice and some are aware of the nature of our bikes: incredible! Some information
lucky and we reach the Ponte Vecchio in the direction of Borgo Ticino .

Pause to gather enough energy and food and return to the Ponte Vecchio by asking the question: -What do we do?
scorgamo a sign behind a fence similar to those that have condoto in Pavia and soon the decision is made: it starts to time Vigevano follow the paths along the river and everything will be simple and quiet.
In fact, the beginning is not evil and inspires us. In short we are along the river following a trail of white clay and gravel that will become quite fun our way.

Up to House Venara we are still in the known world but then the forest of the Park of Ticino envelops us and there are no maps that show clearly the path. We remain
only we witness the journey into nature through mud, stones, roots and .. sand. Deal with the wheels smooth & subtle
and a ratio of 3 is not easy and without training would probably not even a bike with the right cards.
whole trip becomes based on their strength of will. One of my holes, woods and paths, rice paddies and fields, hawks, white storks, herons .. following a path much longer than the planned 30km we were able to meet the nature totaling 155km incredibly laid at least 50 through the almost-wild green park.

.. and I came back the urge to take a trek through forests I go to prepare backpack:)

Images Of Blonde And Brown Hair Highlights

Secondo Esodo di Agosto?

When all are taken from the second exodus of August, for a few stacked boxes or sgomitanti for a bit of beach I'll be around for dirt and gravel roads to baptize Dumbo, my singlespeed mtb-ventottizzata, which will improve this weekend.

In fact, I only remains to define path ( you accept and participants also train + bike combo! ) even if you already read some of around Lombardy .. but boh .. I do all the initial path with a fantastic free 42 x 20 ..

-1 - A
possibility would be to Vigevano-Pavia Pavia-legged on the train or transit for return to Abbiategrasso:

.. who is it?!

so much confusion and fear in the infinitely important to look at the great little invention that changed history.

the WHEEL : the basic concept of the wheel is that at one point, only one, of contact with the ground, the relative velocity is zero. is nothing if the wheel is slipping [skid in English]: sliding can be intentional or unintentional and must always be checked-in and normal use of the medium-biased.

the WHEEL BICYCLE : how to write the great Sheldon Brown , competition and rivalry between nations, established brands have an infinite number of ways of identifying the measures of the components that make up this fantastic object / mechanism .

the wheel of the bike is made up of four main components:
- the hub through which the axis that passes through it contains the actual rotation mechanism
- the rays cross in different ways and with different lengths bind to the hub to the rim
- the rim, commonly around the circle, and in aluminum, steel or wooden handles to make the shape "round" to the wheel and is covered with the upcoming "system of contact with the ground"
- the contact with the ground through a system: the more 'common room is air + clincher, but history also saw wheels plastic or other solid, tubeless tire or tubular palmer mostly used in the past in the race bike for their smoothness.

the basis for characterizing a wheel is diameter of the rim.
mainly speak in the jargon of "wheels" of 28, 26 or by mountain bike.
unfortunately it 's not so' simple: we must bear in mind the different classifications [almost unit] that will recognize the rim in question and possibly replace it with an equivalent or nearly so.

The famous "wheel 28" and features a rim or other methods of measurement is called "700" or as the unit of measurement currently ISO * defendant as universal and official ETRTO " 622 ".
quite a bit 'confusing for those who are beginners:) especially considering that for several years, motivated by the unfair competition many acronyms purposely misspelled word mark with overbuilding smaller circles to win the battle of weight.

PROBLEM # 1:
I have a old bike with the rim like I do wrong?

if the "flaw" is significant and / or rim is compromised, cracked or otherwise does not straighten the tension of the spokes it only remains to replace the rim.
the problem is finding a compatible circle its wheel impaired by years in the cellar, rust, paving killer, accidents, motorists assholes that park up.

First step is to find the references of the tire, or whatever.
Yes, the tire: on it are always written to the data which will be mounted on the rim.
acronyms must look like this:
650 x 28 (typical for a bike tire walking "a woman")
622 x 32 (one way to call a tire 'a bit off "Wheel 28)
622 x 23 (typical tire racing)
C or 700 x 23 x 23 700C (equivalent to the previous year)
26 x 1.75 which is not compatible with 26 x 1 3 / 4 anceh if you are mathematically equivalent.
E 'and therefore required careful precesione in record data.

Another step is to seek confirmation in some screen printing or label on the rim: steel rims in the past reported all its measure.

Without these two simple steps, if measures the same, you are ready to begin research in the shops or Ciclofficina popular.

The question is natural, "and you had to write you?"
response as: "Some people is not practical about these things and you could lose in a glass of water unnecessarily spending or giving up a priori, really."

PROBLEM # 2:
I have a old bike with the wrong tire, I found a how do
to replace it?
technique passed down through the sly ever said that if the circle "new" is identical to the "old" can be replaced without having to know the techniques of junction of the rays:
> as a first step just to get a box with elasticini which will bind in pairs rays intersections so that will not melt at the most awkward-tape of any kind would be fine anyway-
> alongside the circle "new" to the "old" taking care to support each other the two holes for the valves and secure them together
> special tool called a spoke wrench with
> finito!
la ruota creata/clonata should allow re-use the bike relatively quickly whether or not insured "performance competition" should work.

* International Organization for Standardization
* * the spoke wrench can be purchased for a few euro in hypermarkets, is comfortably accommodates use one type multi-measurement, usually round, since it is not ruled out the need to use different measures: the most common are the No. 14 and No. 15.

Old Men Playing With Thereself

domenica 2 agosto: e s'è fatto!

ok, back from a walker on Sunday I can not remember that I spent a little 'hands to reopen and restore the normal functions of grasping: to free the handle from iron intake was very tough.

flat plain and quiet up to then Macherio and beyond: non-stop 45km to the parking lot of the usual supermarket towards grass-Merone. Rebrief and agree that we must retrace our steps and find the way "right". Unfortunately, we again reverse direction and continue to grass because of the lack of even approximate indications.

After all so far so good: path smooth, discreet and compact group average.
But ...
In fact, the path does not coincide with planned takes us through villages and towns with related delays and complications, the surprises start coming.
Again, not bad except that we are close to the foothills and villages are a bit 'scattered on the summits: Turning a seemingly endless sequence of ups and downs with slopes often significant.
The few miles between Merone, Montorfano and lipomas are among the most difficult: The approaching the lake, convinced and determined, I would urge the group to continue down the street with the phrase very convincing "must be in the lake bottom and instead -style you-had-the-dirt road that begins and we have to repeat the climb, but soon we reach Our objective is Lake Montorfano .

- end the first time you drink mess -

The sun is shining and we are happy and we take a good rhythm. Then follow
climbs followed by steep climbs, followed by more steep climbs, the latter (Murphy docet) characterized by a strong wind contrary fantastic, brand new asphalt effect with super-friction areas interspersed with asphalt without overhanging culverts and drainage channels discovered by the wastewater through a surprise that the road already so finely blasphemed absent. And so will continue 'until Lipomo Como and then to tap redirecting to Albate. With her hands clutching the handlebars companion of many adventures end up the climbs.
Finally some down and relaxing rinfrenscante that is happy with the cyclists but bdc be addressed carefully with the fixed gear:)

After another sudden ups and downs but we take the more docile SP35 that rapidly leads us straight-straight to Milan : looking up an average speed over 35km / h with peaks around 40.
